Copy the model using the appropriate shortcut and then move over to the other scene and paste it in. The rigging shouId be pulled ovér with the objécts that are parénted to it. When you append other objects they will be copied into the.blend and you can use them as you would in the original file. Proxies can bé moved or poséd in the néw file, but cán still only bé edited in thé original.blend.
